June 4, 2005

Today was a very good and productive day. God blessed us with great weather and a wonderful, cheerful team. We were able to get almost all of the walls up. We were also able to start putting up exterior siding. We are on schedule for getting the trusses on Monday at lunch and working on them. Here are some pictures from today:

June 6, 2005

Yet another great day, the good LORD granted us great weather and held back the rain. It rained on Sunday but to the glory of His Name, though it was overcast at times, He gave us great weather to work in. The trusses arrived safely around lunch and as you will see from the pictures below, we were able to get a good number of them on by the end of the day!

June 7, 2005

Wow! The good LORD is definitely still in the miracle working business. The forecast said we should have some rain today as well but yet again, the good LORD has held back the weather for us and we were able to get a lot done. We did finish putting all the trusses up yesterday and the two beams linking both wings of the educational building to the main church building went up this morning. Here are the pictures from today:

God is definitely an awesome God! You may not be able to tell much from these pictures, but we were able to get a lot done today. The weatherman has forecasted rain just about every day this week but of course, the good LORD knew His children were at work and He was faithful to give us excellent weather to work in. Glory be to His matchless Name! There is also a picture below from our tradition of "Standing in the Gap" today. What a wonderful time that was! Happy browsing!
